Agency ADMINISTRATION fee: $8,000.00

*dedicated coordinator for the cycle – available via email/phone calls/texts, detailed counseling on the process before and during the cycle, medications, discounts etc..(retainer of $500)

 

PRE-CYCLE LAB WORK fee: $500

*the tests needed done before starting a cycle (usually as part of the egg donor screening – worth 2-3 thousands of dollars)-there might be some additional tests requested by the doctor

 

Consultation with GENETIC COUNSELOR: $315.00

*donor will discuss medical history with the donor and makes reasonable recommendations for the doctor according to the medical family history

Consultation with PSYCHOLOGIST: $ 250.00-$450.00

*donor will discuss the process of donation from psychological standpoint to make sure the donor is

mentally stable and is able to handle the donation accordingly

 

Consultation with the DOCTOR: $300.00-$450.00

*the doctor will review medical records, will discuss medical history with the egg donor and she will get insights on the egg donation process, risks - this is part of the screening along with ultrasound-additional fee and missing tests - additional fee)

 

ATTORNEY fee: $1600.00

*the intended parents will sign a legal agreement with the egg donor (both sides will need separate attorneys ->conclusively legal clearance will be issued before the start of the cycle)

 

ESCROW fee: $250.00

*the funds for the cycle will be held under Escrow account until the beginning of the cycle

 

DONOR fee: $4,000.00 – $6,000.00

*the compensations varies depending on the success of the donor’s previous cycles/high demand of the donor

 

INSURANCE for the egg donor: $400.00

*during the IVF cycle or right after, the donor might experience complications – the cost of the medical treatment for IVF related complications

 

TRAVEL fee: $5,000.00

*the donor will come to the Unites States from Europe and stay 2-4 weeks, this amount includes 2 way ticket, accommodation in Los Angeles, transportation to the medical appointments, per diem, travel insurance (this fee is comparable to travel fees for the donors in the U.S.!)

 

INJECTIONS ADMINISTRATION: $200.00 per visit

*in case it will make you feel more comfortable for the donor to get the injections done by an educated personnel, we can arrange this service (for the 1st day or each day of the stimulation)

*additional expenses include: -your own legal fees

                                                  -donor's medication

                                                  -cycle fee for the egg donation cycle from the doctor

                                                  -testing on the embryos

                                                  -any additional test not requested or impossible to obtain by the clinic                                                          while egg donor abroad

***When calculating and comparing agencies and their fees, please keep in mind that most of the donors are not local and you will spend around $4.000 and more on the airplane ticket for the ED, her friend, their accommodation, travel expenses to and from airport PLUS fees for local monitoring etc.***
